NSWERS’ data brief on ongoing workforce retention examines how Nebraska public postsecondary graduates’ connections to the state’s workforce change over time. The analysis follows graduates for up to eight years after their initial retention classification to examine whether they maintain, lose, gain, or regain attachment to Nebraska’s observed workforce.
